Who I Am
My name is Ryan, I am a qualified, BACP registered therapist specializing in psychotherapy for men of all ages. I provide a supportive space for self-exploration and the crafting of new perspectives through deep, meaningful, and confidential sessions.
My approach integrates Person-Centred practice, CBT and nature's calming effects for a tailored and effective personal growth.

Walk & Talk Therapy
(For Adults)
Walking outdoors can create the breathing room you need to ease stress and clear your mind. Combined with therapy, it's a powerful way to explore your thoughts and feelings in a relaxed, natural setting, making the riverside of Ely a perfect location.
In my experience, it can be easier to talk side by side than face to face and, together, we can combine movement, nature, and conversation to explore what's on your mind and find new paths forward.
Under 18's Sessions
Life is especially tough for young men, whether it's the traditional stresses of school or the modern day stresses of social media, a safe space to explore these can make all the difference.
I provide the safe, supportive, and confidential space for them to talk openly, make sense of their ever changing world, and build lasting confidence for their future.


Face-to-Face Sessions
A calm, private, and supportive space to sit down and talk freely. These sessions give you the time and focus to work through challenges, make sense of your thoughts and feelings, and build lasting change - at a pace that feels right to you
Online Counselling
Convenient and accessible support from the comfort of your own home. Online sessions offer the same care and focus as face-to-face therapy, making it easier to fit counselling into your life wherever you are.
